Student Sports Registration

Students interested in participating in sports at North Bend High School will need to read and complete the following forms as well as register with Family ID.

NBHS Sports Registration Information (Coming Soon for the 2021-2022 school year)

• School Sports Pre-Participation Examination
• Family ID - online sports registration: The FamilyID site is open for Fall sign-ups.

Students must have insurance to participate in athletics. If you will need to purchase health insurance, you may visit HSR K12 Student Insurance Website. You can view all of the different plans offered by Health Special Risk, Inc. and enroll on-line. You may also call 1-866-409-5733. You will need to supply the student’s health insurance I.D. number when completing athletic forms.

North Bend High School and HomeTown Ticketing have formed a partnership to implement online/mobile ticketing that will be easily accessible for sports and extracurricular activities.  Visit our online ticketing page to purchase tickets for upcoming events.

Sporting Event Pricing

• Adult tickets - $6
• Kindergarten through 12th grade students - $4
• NBHS students with an activity sticker = Free 
• 5 and under = Free
